Fire Fighting Services
As per guidelines provided by the IMO and flag state administrations, fire protection systems and appliances should be serviced examined and tested periodically by an aouthorized facility acceptable by the ship’s classification society.
We offer complete inspection of CO2 fixed systems. Our service includes, level check of cylinders, release systems, distrubition lines, manifold, main valve overhaull, alarms and fun stop testing.
Alltypes of portable & non-portable fire extinguishers, (foam, dry powder, CO2, Water, Fm200 etc.) are to be periodically serviced by a compenent service company as per SOLAS regulation. Inspection, repairand hydro test services are available.
Our service includes, foam sample laboratory analysis, inspection of foam monitors, branch pipes, foam tank, foam pumps, lines and nozzles, additionally renewing of all types of foam.
We offer, contents check by manual weighting or level detector of each halon cylinder. No refilling and hydro test is available. Alarm, fan-stop test, additionally nozzels and release mechanism is to be checked.
We service N2 (Nitrogen) bottles by level check, inspection, refilling and hydro test all safety valves, distrubition valves, hose stations, monitors, tanks to be inspected.
Inspection of Self Contained Breathing Appratus, function test, face mask, regulator, demand valve inspection, alarms have to be checked during the annual service. We also refill, hydro test and renewBAAircylinders.
Refilling and hydro test of EEBD air cylinders. All spare parts of different makers available in our stock.
General compressor inspection, including running test for mechanical functioning, condensate draing check, replacing inlet filter, safety valves inpsection. We also make air quality test as perrelated requlations.
Visually inspection of set, flowmetter setted, manually test of demand valve, leak test, ventilation bags check, recharging and hydro test ofmedicalO2 cylinders.
Foam sample anaylsis is performed in our approved laboratory according to MSC 1312.
